The Newest Emojis

Apple has graced us with eight new emojis in the latest iOS 18.4 update, because clearly, our digital lexicon was incomplete without them. Here's the rundown:

Leafless Tree

A stark reminder of winter, climate change, or if you are like myself, an impressive lack of gardening skills!

Fingerprint

Symbolizing identity or security. Also ideal for when you want to leave your mark on a conversation—literally.

Paint Splatter

Representing creativity, art, or messiness.

Radish

An addition to the food symbols—a healthy root vegetable.

Harp

An addition to the instrument symbols—a classical instrument.

Shovel

For digging yourself into (or out of) trouble.

Flag of Sark

It’s the flag of Sark.

Face With Bags Under Eyes

Last, but certainly not least, an emoji that encapsulates many of us to the fullest. Expressing exhaustion, stress, and altogether completely worn out feelings. I feel you, my guy!

To access the new emojis, update your iPhone to iOS 18.4. Navigate to Navigate to Settings > General > Software Update.
