Tamara Heidel is the broker and owner of Heidel Realty. A Las Vegas resident since 1994, Tamara offers clients the deep market insight of a true local and the steady guidance of an experienced real estate professional.
Originally from Wathena, Kansas, near St. Joseph, Missouri, Tamara graduated Cum Laude with a degree in Education and taught in the Clark County School District before beginning her Las Vegas real estate career in 2003. As the leader of Heidel Realty, she brings the same values to real estate that she brought to the classroom: listening intentionally, communicating clearly, making the process approachable, and helping people reach meaningful goals.
Outside of work, Tamara is devoted to her high school sweetheart and husband, Craig, and their two grown children, Kaitlyn and Reid. Guided by her faith, Tamara thanks God every day for the wonderful people He places in her path to serve.

Donna is the Office Manager at Heidel Realty, where she helps buyers, sellers, and agents navigate the details of real estate transactions from contract to close. Known as the operational backbone of the brokerage, Donna brings over two decades of local real estate industry experience and a calm, organized approach to every transaction.
An “Air Force Brat” who has happily called the Las Vegas Valley home since 1998, Donna attended Las Vegas High School, the city’s original high school, and earned her Bachelor’s degree from UNLV. She uses efficient, paperless technology to help keep the real estate process organized, streamlined, and eco-friendly.
With a strong understanding of contracts, compliance, timelines, and transaction logistics, Donna helps clients and agents stay informed and supported through each step of the buying or selling process.
Lara Cox

Lara has been a proud Las Vegas resident since 1990. She brings more than three decades of local insight to her work, along with a deep understanding of the area’s neighborhoods, schools, lifestyle, and growth.
Having raised her three children in the valley and earned her degree from the College of Southern Nevada, Lara offers clients a firsthand perspective on what makes each part of Las Vegas unique. When she is not helping clients buy or sell real estate, Paula enjoys the symphony, theater, desert gardening, and life with her adult daughter, Ariel.
