Summerlin continues to grow, and there are now four new villages offering a wide variety of homes near the foothills of the Spring Mountains and Red Rock Canyon. From attached townhomes to spacious single-family homes and luxury estates, there is something for many different lifestyles and budgets.
One important reminder before you start touring: most builders require your real estate agent to accompany you on your very first visit to a new-home community. Be sure to give us a call before stopping by the models so we can help you from the beginning.
Grand Park Village has a classic American-inspired look and is planned around a large central park. One of the newest communities is Lennar’s Fairview, which offers spacious single-story homes ranging from approximately 3,700 to 4,000 square feet. Some floor plans also include Lennar’s Next Gen suites, which can be a great option for multigenerational living. Prices currently begin around $1.7 million.
Located in the northern part of Summerlin, La Madre Peaks is a brand-new village featuring elevated lots, contemporary designs, and beautiful surroundings. Builders including Taylor Morrison, Richmond American, and Tri Pointe Homes are introducing higher-end communities in this area. Taylor Morrison’s Esplanade at Red Rock is one of the developments receiving attention.
Kestrel and Kestrel Commons offer a mix of modern single-family homes and attached townhomes, with some options starting in the $400,000s. These neighborhoods may appeal to buyers looking for a lower-maintenance or lock-and-leave lifestyle while still enjoying convenient access to the 215 Beltway and everything Summerlin has to offer.
For buyers searching for something more luxurious, Ascension at The Peaks features guard-gated communities with semi-custom estates being built by Toll Brothers and Pulte Homes. Some homes in this area are priced above $3 million and offer larger lots, upscale finishes, and impressive views.
With so many new communities and floor plans becoming available, it can be exciting, and a little overwhelming, to know where to begin. Whether you are looking for a townhome, a multigenerational home, or a luxury estate, our team would be happy to help you compare builders, communities, incentives, and available homes before your first visit.
