Green Valley's Glow Up is Real

Lots of cool things are happening in Green Valley and I love the direction the area is headed!
The Cliff at Green Valley Ranch is a $55 million redevelopment project. The key word here is redevelopment! They’re transforming older office space into a vibrant open-air destination filled with retail, wellness, and dining options. The project will span more than 100,000 square feet, and one of the announced tenants is Arhaus—one of my favorite home décor stores. YAY! I’m already excited about this one.
Green Valley Ranch Resort has also had a major transformation and now I’m thinking it may be time for another staycation. The updates include refreshed guest rooms and suites, a reimagined 69,000-square-foot convention space, and a new outdoor event venue called The Lawn. Add in elevated dining options like Blue Ribbon Sushi Bar & Grill and the resort continues to give the area an upscale, destination feel. And it’s not just shopping, dining, and resorts getting attention. It feels like the entire valley is stepping up its walkability and bike-friendly infrastructure.
The City of Henderson is upgrading Carnegie Street, from Green Valley Parkway to Paseo Verde Parkway, with buffered bike lanes, pedestrian-activated flashing signals at trail crossings, and a new signalized intersection at Cozy Hill. I love seeing improvements that make it easier to get around the neighborhood without always jumping in the car.
So, I think I know where I’ll be exploring this weekend—Green Valley!
See you there!
