Ghouls Just Wanna Have Fun—At Disneyland!

There’s a reason so many people say Disney does Halloween best. My daughter and I had the opportunity to visit Disneyland recently. It had been transformed into a fall fairy tale filled with pumpkins and festive decorations around every corner. It was the perfect blend of classic Disney magic and spooky fun. Limited-edition Halloween treats were everywhere: pumpkin-flavored goodies (Orange Stuff), “poisoned” caramel apples, caramel apple cold brews, themed churros, and spooky cupcakes and cookies.
Halloween is also the one time of year when Disney’s iconic villains take center stage. You’ll see them roaming the parks in full character, posing for photos with guests. Characters like Cruella De Vil, Maleficent, and Jack Skellington & Sally often make special appearances.
One of the most popular rides is the Haunted Mansion Holiday. They give the Haunted Mansion a makeover and turn it into a Nightmare Before Christmas theme. You’re transported into a whimsical, spooky Jack Skellington world.
Another fan favorite is the Villains Fireworks Show! Spooky projections, a cool light show, villain-themed music, and a special appearance by Jack Skellington.
We had a blast! I highly recommend adding Disney Halloween to your bucket list. It’s such a fun experience and the perfect way to kick off the fall season!
