For a limited time, essential workers can get $20,000 to buy a house!

Nevada’s essential workforce is at the heart of our communities and now there’s a program designed to give back.

The Worker Advantage Program offers $20,000 in down payment assistance to eligible buyers, helping make homeownership more attainable. Funds are provided as a no-interest, no-payment, non-forgivable second loan and can be used toward your down payment, closing costs, interest rate buy-down, or a combination of all three.

To qualify, the home must be your primary residence and applicants must have lived in Nevada for at least six months prior to applying.

This is a first-come, first-served program, with funds expected to last only through the end of the year—so timing matters. If you work in healthcare, education, public safety, or construction labor, you may be eligible.
