Unplug to Reconnect

Do you have a cell phone, tablet, smart watch? Are you constantly posting your every move to social media? Technology is absolutely amazing, but sometimes we can overwhelm ourselves with the constant connection. If you find yourself burnt out by electronics, try unplugging! Today is the Global Day of Unplugging. Use the day to disconnect from the electronic world and reconnect to what matters--family, friends, nature, yourself. Curl up with a good book, go to lunch or dinner with a buddy, go on a hike. Use the day to recharge your mind, body, and soul!
