UNLV Strong

I am deeply saddened by the tragedy at UNLV on Wednesday. Our community is suffering again and I don’t have the words to truly describe my feelings. The best I can probably do is that I feel…numb. When do we decide we have had enough of the senseless violence and that we need more than just thoughts and prayers? As a graduate of UNLV, this hits hard. I walked those sidewalks. I attended classes at Beam Hall. I can’t even begin to imagine how the current students, staff, and faculty are feeling. This will undoubtedly leave lasting emotional scars and all those affected will need our love and support. I stand with UNLV. I stand with Vegas.
