Mama! Mommy! Momma! Mom!

Mothers come in all shapes and sizes and temperaments. It's been said that motherhood is the toughest job you will ever love. Speaking from personal experience, this is a very true statement. As a mom, you experience your child's joys, fears, triumphs, and heartbreaks at a much deeper level. You work hard to clear the path so your child doesn't fall down. These are some of the reasons we celebrate Mother's Day. But, who do we celebrate if our moms weren't there or didn't care? Maybe the person who cared was an aunt, grandma, friend, or a dad pulling double duty. Well, we celebrate them too!!! So on Sunday, be sure to call or hug or say a prayer to honor your "mother."
