Hello Summer!

This time of year brings to mind Alice Cooper’s heavy metal song “School’s Out” (for summer).  The desert heat has returned and my children’s patience for this last week of classes and exams has run thin.  They anxiously count the hours until they are done with this school year. I, on the other hand (like many other parents), am desperately attempting to cram thousands of errands and appointments in before their last day! While I adore the extra time I get to spend with my darling progeny, summer definitely challenges me to multitask to the extreme trying to balance their activities with keeping the house in order and fitting in work when I can. I feel for you parents trying to keep afloat during these summer months!
