The Lies We Tell Ourselves

Yesterday, we had our business planning meeting for 2023. One of the things we discussed was the lies we tell ourselves. I am never good enough. I am not doing enough. I am an idiot. The lies are different for everyone. This year, we are not gonna listen to them anymore. We are letting them go.
So, each of us wrote down one lie and we burned them. As the lies turned to ash, we freed ourselves.
